Churchill Retirement Living – Totnes
A large new build retirement development for a national contractor, this project saw our skilled operatives installing a combination of pitched and flat roof coverings.
The Project
What we did
Project Overview: Installation of roof coverings to a large new build retirement development.
Materials Used: We installed a full Marley specification to the pitched roofing areas, with a Spanish natural slate finish to all pitched roof areas. The vertical slating was completed with Spanish natural slate fixed face down in keeping with local fetures. Flat roof areas where finished with Alwitra Evalon VSK single ply membrane over a tapered insulation scheme, in accordance with the specification from ICB (Waterproofing) Ltd.
Additional Details: This large project had tight access and utilised a crane to move materials around site and our site team needed to liaise closely with the site team and other trades to ensure the project ran smoothly.
