The reroofing of this building at a NHS hospital included the introduction of insulated breather membrane to improve the thermal efficiency of the building.
The Project
What we did
Project Overview: Replacement of roof coverings to building of an NHS Hospital.
Materials Used: Renewal of pitched roof coverings with SSQ Riverstone Natural roofing slate fixed over TLX Gold insulated roofing membrane. The flat roofs were renewed in Strata SA bitumen roofing felt.
Additional Details: The building is used by vulnerable individuals and was in use for the duration of the works. Our operatives followed strict safe guarding protocols during the completion of this project.
