Rydon Farm House
This reroof was delivered on behalf of a local builder as part of a wider renovation project. We renewed the pitched roof coverings and also renewed the adjacent flat roof.
The Project
What we did
Project Overview: Reroofing of a farm house including the main pitched roof and the adjacent flat roof.
Materials Used: Pitched roof renewed in fibre cement slates with mortar bedded concrete terracotta ridge and hip tiles. Flat roof renewed in a self adhesive bitumen felt system.
Additional Details: Being a farm house the access to this project was not suitable for large vehicles so we had all the materials delivered to our yard and delivered them to site using our smaller vans.
